2Do I have to be technical to use Kloudboxx?
The Kloudboxx Platform was built to make Social Wi-Fi marketing easy! Adding a device to our platform and building your first campaign takes only a few minutes. No technical experience is needed to launch and manage Social Wi-Fi Marketing campaigns.
3What Cloud Controllers does Kloudboxx integrate with?
Kloudboxx integrates with Cisco Meraki Cloud, Open Mesh Cloudtrax, Ubiquiti UniFi Cloud, Cradlepoint NetCloud, Radius (AAA) and more - no additional firmware or hardware required.
4Does Kloudboxx work in my country?
Yes! Our Social Wi-Fi Marketing program is a cloud solution and simply requires an Internet connection to be managed - anywhere in the world. Our landing pages can be translated into any language for a personalized user experience.
5What languages do you support?
Kloudboxx Wi-Fi campaigns can be created in English, Spanish, French, Simplified Chinese, Hindi, Arabic, German, Greek, Italian, Indonesian, Hebrew, Japanese, Korean, Dutch, Hungarian, Polish, Portuguese, Brazilian Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Slovak, Thai, Turkish and Swedish. 6Will my customers know I am using Kloudboxx?
No! The Kloudboxx platform is 100% white label and you can fully brand and customize your Social Wi-Fi Marketing platform with your own logo and custom domain.
7Which social network login options do you support?
We currently support Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Vkontakte as social connection options for users to use when connecting to Kloudboxx Wi-Fi Hotspot.
8Can I use my own social connection apps?
Yes! You can create your own custom apps for each social network. This allows you to collect accurate personal and demographic information that can be used later for marketing purposes.
9What 3rd Party CRMs does the platform integrate with?
We integrate natively with MailChimp, Active Campaign, iContact, GetResponse, Infusionsoft, Ontraport, webhooks and Zapier, resulting in 750+ total integrations allowing you to transfer your data to 3rd parties in real-time as users connect.
10Do I have to be in the client's location to manage their Kloudboxx WiFi Hotspot?
No! Social Wi-Fi Marketing platform allows you to manage your devices from anywhere in the world with an Internet connection.
11Can I limit the amount of bandwidth and time users can consume?
Yes! Each location you set up can be adjusted for maximum bandwidth and timed Internet access limits.
12Which autoresponders do you currently integrate with?
We currently integrate with GetResponse, MailChimp, iContact, Active Campaign, Infusionsoft, Ontraport and others. We also integrate with Zapier which allows you to send data to 750+ other 3rd party apps.
13What is the minimum recommended Internet speed to use a Kloudboxx Hotspot?
We recommend a minimum speed of 5MB download and 5MB upload for your Internet connection which is much less than your average high speed Internet connection speed. Faster Internet connections will result in improved performance for your connected users.
14What is the typical signal range of a Kloudboxx Hotspot?
Depending on the conditions of where your Kloudboxx Hotspot is setup, distances can vary between 50-150 feet. Keep in mind that objects such as metal doors, cinder block walls, concrete walls and glass walls can impact signal range of your Kloudboxx Hotspot device.
15Do you provide marketing materials your Social Wi-Fi Marketing program?
Yes! You will receive instant access to our marketing materials and training when you get started with our Kloudboxx Wi-Fi Marketing program. Materials include flyer, proposal, PowerPoint presentation, "Free Wi-Fi" posters, landing page graphics, infographics, explainer videos, done-for-you Wordpress website and more!
16How does advertising work with Kloudboxx Wi-Fi Marketing?
You can easily add banner, video or custom HTML code advertisements and sell advertising space on your landing pages to relevant sponsors using our built-in ad server. Easily track impressions, clicks and CTR (click-through rate) with real-time reporting. We cover the entire advertising monetization strategy as part of the training you receive when you get started with Kloudboxx.
17Can my clients login and manage their own campaigns?
Agency plans or higher can permit your clients to login to your branded dashboard to manage their own campaigns.
You can create sub-users within your Cloud Control Panel and assign specific modules/campaigns/locations to give access to.
18How many client locations can I manage with Kloudboxx?
You can create an unlimited number of locations with custom branded client login campaigns in your platform, then assign Access Points (APs or devices) to those locations when installing on-site. Kloudboxx offers various plans that are measured by your total number of active APs across all your client locations. Most small businesses only require a single AP to offer Free Wi-Fi on their premises (e.g. a local small business with a single hotspot). Larger installations managed by cloud controllers typically require more APs (e.g. Cisco Meraki, Open Mesh, etc). You can have up to the number of allowed active APs for each Kloudboxx Plan and allocate them across your various locations. The Starter plan manages up to 10 APs, the Agency Plan up to 60 APs, and the Network Plan up to 200 APs. If you need to manage more than 200 APs please contact our sales team.
19What is the shipping cost and how long will it take to get my unit?
Typical shipping time for your initial order is about 2- 7 business days.
Ordering additional units is much quicker as we offer expedited shipping options on re-orders.

20Do you ship to my country?
We ship to customers around the world, however kindly note that import duties and/or taxes may be charged at the point of destination and are the responsibility of the receiver.
21I already have a Wi-Fi router, why do I need a new device?
It is never recommended to share your private Wi-Fi network with public guests. By adding a separate physical Wi-Fi device dedicated for public usage, not only does it make your network more secure, but it also enables a Social Login option that is only available with custom hardware.
22What is the user limit of a Kloudboxx Hotspot?
The SH100 Kloudboxx Hotspot can support up to 32 SIMULTANEOUS USERS on your Social Wi-Fi Network.
23Do repeat users have to login each visit?
Once a user exceeds the idle timeout that is currently 20 minutes in length, they will have to login again. Once a user exceeds the 'Daily Session Time Limit Per User' set in the Location >> Options section, they will no longer be able to access the wireless network until 24 hours have passed from the start of their initial login.
24What is a Campaign?
A campaign is your Free Wi-Fi login experience. Campaigns are designed with a set goal in mind such as looking to increase social awareness, boost reputation, get more likes on Facebook, generate leads.
25Can I customize a campaign for my client?
You can customize each aspect of the campaign - Social login options and appearance of landing page, default language, header, footer, background images, thank you page, successful login redirection page and much more.
26What type of campaigns can I create?
You can create a wide variety of campaign types such as:

27How do I allow my client to preview their campaign?
The Kloudboxx Wi-Fi platform allows you to send a preview URL to your clients. This preview URL allows your clients to walk-through the full Social Wi-Fi login experience before pushing the campaign live. Great for making client requested changes and optimizing your campaigns.
28Can I see how many customers have connected to Social Wi-Fi campaigns?
Yes! Kloudboxx includes in depth real-time analytics in your dashboard. You will be able to see who connected, including their social information if they logged in using one of your social apps. How many connections were made in a time frame that you can specify. New vs. returning visitors and even campaign specific statistics.
29Will I receive a tracking number for the package?
Yes, once your order is confirmed and shipped you will be sent an email with a tracking number.
30What if I have customers that don't use social media?
That's okay. Kloudboxx gives you the ability to offer login via email address where you can request identifying information in addition to just an email address.
There is also the option to allow users to login via SMS (Powered by Twilio), where they can be sent a unique PIN code to log into your WiFi.
31Will my business/personal Internet be secure?
Yes! By adding a social login layer you will limit the amount of users who connect to unprotected networks. No more handing out or posting your network's password.
32What if the business has several locations?
Kloudboxx can work in all locations using the same marketing campaign. As long as there is an Internet connection at the location you can install a Kloudboxx router. You can assign different campaigns to each location or use the same one for all.
33What if my client has a large venue with routers in place?
No problem. Kloudboxx offers integrated Cloud Controller and Gateway solutions for large audiences. It uses different hardware and service packages, such as Cisco Meraki, Open Mesh, Aruba and other major access point manufacturers.
